  • Call data is stored in secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure

You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording consent and notification laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to federal and state wiretapping laws. We provide tools to help you meet these requirements but do not provide legal advice.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Call recordings and transcripts: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days.
