Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to sign up. Try Izzy with real calls before committing. Your dashboard shows a countdown of how many trial days you have left.

Managing your subscription

Go to Billing in your portal to:

  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Upgrade or downgrade — changes take effect immediately (prorated)
  • Update payment method — managed securely through Stripe
  • View usage — see how many calls you’ve used this billing period

Usage and overages

Your Dashboard shows a usage bar indicating how many calls you’ve used vs. your plan’s limit. When you’re approaching your limit, you’ll receive an email notification.

If you consistently exceed your plan’s call limit, consider upgrading to the next tier. We don’t charge overage fees — but calls beyond your limit may not be answered by Izzy until the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your service continues through the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time.

After cancellation:

  • Your phone number is released after 30 days
  • Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days
  • Lead data can be exported via CSV before your account closes
