Set up your AgentIzzy phone agent in under 5 minutes.

Welcome to AgentIzzy

AgentIzzy is an AI phone agent that answers calls for your business 24/7. It knows your business details, answers questions, captures leads, and sends you instant notifications — so you never miss a customer again.

Here’s how to get up and running.

Step 1: Sign Up and Log In

  1. Visit portal.agentizzy.com and create your account.
  2. You’ll start with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required.
  3. After signing up, you’ll land on your Dashboard.

Step 2: Add Your Business Info

Go to Settings → Business Info and fill in:

  • Business name — what Izzy will call your company on the phone
  • Address — so Izzy can tell callers where you’re located
  • Phone number — your main business line
  • Business type — helps Izzy tailor conversations (self-storage, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

Step 3: Set Your Business Hours

Go to Settings → Business Hours and configure:

  • Office hours — set open/close times for each day of the week
  • Timezone — make sure Izzy knows when you’re open
  • Access hours — if applicable (e.g., gate access hours for storage facilities)

Izzy adjusts its greeting and tone based on whether you’re currently open or closed.

Step 4: Customize Your Greeting

Go to Settings → Greeting to set:

  • Main greeting — what callers hear when they call during business hours (e.g., “Thanks for calling Acme Storage, this is Izzy, how can I help you?”)
  • After-hours greeting — a different message for calls outside office hours (e.g., “Thanks for calling Acme Storage. We’re currently closed, but I can still help you.”)

Step 5: Add FAQs

Go to Settings → FAQs and add question-and-answer pairs that Izzy should know. For example:

  • “Do you have climate-controlled units?” → “Yes, we have climate-controlled units in sizes 5x10 through 10x20.”
  • “What are your gate hours?” → “Our gate is accessible from 6 AM to 10 PM daily.”

You can add up to 20 FAQ pairs. The more you add, the better Izzy handles caller questions.

Step 6: Set Up Your Phone Number

Go to Settings → Phone Setup to see your dedicated Izzy phone number. If you have a demo code, you’ll see that here too.

Once assigned, forward your business line to this number (or use it as your primary answering line).

Step 7: Make a Test Call

Call your new AgentIzzy number and have a conversation. Try asking questions from your FAQs, give a fake name for lead capture, and see how Izzy handles it.

Check the Dashboard afterward to see the call recording, transcript, and any captured leads.
