Your call dashboard
Every call Izzy handles shows up on your Dashboard. You’ll see a list of recent calls with key details at a glance:
- Date and time of the call
- Caller phone number
- Call duration
- Status tag — color-coded label showing the call outcome
Call status tags
| Tag | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New Lead | Caller expressed interest and Izzy captured their info |
| General | Caller had questions but wasn’t a lead (existing customer, general inquiry) |
| Missed | Call wasn’t answered (busy line, timeout) |
| Spam | Detected as a robocall or spam caller |

Recording playback
Listen to the complete call recording directly in your browser. You can scrub forward/backward and download the audio file.
Transcript
Read the full conversation as a timestamped, chat-bubble-style transcript. Each message shows who spoke (caller vs. Izzy) and what they said. This makes it easy to:
- Review how Izzy handled specific questions
- See exactly what the caller asked for
- Verify lead information captured
AI summary
Izzy generates a 2-3 sentence summary of each call — what the caller wanted, key details discussed, and the outcome. This is helpful for scanning through calls quickly without listening to each one.
Searching and filtering
Use the filters at the top of your Dashboard to narrow down calls:
- Date range — find calls from a specific period
- Status — show only leads, or only missed calls
- Search — full-text search across transcript content
Call statistics
Your Dashboard header shows key metrics for the current period:
- Total calls — real calls handled (excludes very short test/spam calls under 15 seconds)
- New leads — calls tagged as new leads
- Missed calls — calls that weren’t answered
- Average duration — mean length of real calls
- Monthly usage — current calls vs. your plan’s limit
Note: Advanced analytics (call volume trends, lead capture rates, peak hours) are available on the Pro plan and above.
Sharing a call
Need to share a specific call with a colleague? Each call has a shareable link that creates a public page with the recording and transcript — no portal login required. Great for training or reviewing calls with your team.
