Zapier Integration
Connect AgentIzzy to 9,000+ apps with Zapier. Push leads to your CRM, get Slack alerts, and automate any workflow.
Overview
Zapier lets you connect AgentIzzy to over 9,000 apps without writing any code. When Izzy captures a new lead or handles a call, Zapier can automatically push that data to your CRM, send a Slack message, add a row to Google Sheets, trigger an email sequence, and more.
Included on all plans. Generate an API key from your portal to connect. Zapier itself is a separate service with its own free and paid tiers.
Available triggers
AgentIzzy provides two Zapier triggers:
New Lead
Fires when AgentIzzy captures a lead from a phone call. Includes:
- First name, last name
- Phone number and email
- Caller phone number
- Lead status (new, contacted, follow-up, converted, lost)
- Timestamp
New Call
Fires when AgentIzzy handles a phone call. Includes:
- Caller phone number
- Call duration (seconds)
- AI-generated call summary
- Sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
- Call tag (new lead, general, missed, spam)
- Start and end timestamps
Setup
Step 1: Generate an API key
- Log into your AgentIzzy portal at portal.agentizzy.com
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Generate API Key
- Copy the key immediately — it won’t be shown again
Step 2: Create a Zap
- Go to zapier.com and click Create Zap
- Search for AgentIzzy as your trigger app
- Choose a trigger: New Lead or New Call
- When prompted, paste your API key to connect your account
- Test the trigger to pull in sample data
- Add an action (the app you want to send data to)
- Map the AgentIzzy fields to the action fields
- Turn on your Zap

Troubleshooting
Trigger not firing
- Zapier polls for new data every 1-15 minutes depending on your Zapier plan. Data won’t appear instantly.
- Make sure your API key is valid and hasn’t been revoked.
- Check that your AgentIzzy subscription is active.
No data in test
- You need at least one lead or call in your account for the test to return data.
- Try making a test call to your AgentIzzy number first.
API key not working
- API keys start with
aiz_. Make sure you copied the full key. - API keys are available on all plans. Make sure your subscription is active.
- If you revoked the key, generate a new one in Settings > Integrations.
Security
- API keys are hashed before storage — AgentIzzy never stores your raw key.
- Keys are scoped to your account and facility.
- You can revoke a key at any time from Settings > Integrations.
- All API requests are served over HTTPS.
