Business Info & Hours

Configure your business details and operating hours so Izzy represents you accurately.

Business Information

Your business info tells Izzy who you are, where you’re located, and what you do. This is the foundation that Izzy uses to have natural, accurate conversations with your callers.

What to configure

Go to Settings → Business Info in your portal:

Service AreasCities or regions you serve. Izzy tells callers whether you cover their area

Tip: Be specific with your business name. If callers know you as “Canton Self Storage” rather than “CSS Facilities LLC,” use the name they recognize.

Business Hours

Izzy needs to know when you’re open so it can adjust its behavior accordingly. During business hours, Izzy is upbeat and can offer to connect callers with your team. After hours, Izzy shifts to a helpful-but-clear tone, letting callers know the office is closed while still capturing their info.

Setting your schedule

Go to Settings → Business Hours:

  1. Toggle days on/off — disable days you’re closed entirely
  2. Set open and close times — for each active day
  3. Set your timezone — critical for accurate open/closed detection

After-hours behavior

When a call comes in outside your set hours, Izzy will:

  • Use your after-hours greeting (configured in Settings → Greeting)
  • Let the caller know you’re currently closed
  • Still answer questions from your FAQs
  • Still capture lead information for follow-up
  • Mention when you’ll be open next
