Jobber Integration

Connect Jobber to automatically sync clients, requests, and jobs from phone calls.

Overview

When AgentIzzy handles a call from a new customer, it can automatically create a client, service request, and scheduled job in your Jobber account. No manual data entry, no copying details from a voicemail — everything flows from the phone call directly into Jobber.

The Jobber integration is available on the Pro plan and above.

What syncs

AgentIzzy creates and updates the following in Jobber:

If the caller already exists in Jobber (matched by phone number), AgentIzzy will attach the new request to the existing client record instead of creating a duplicate.

How it works during a call

  1. Caller describes their problem — “My kitchen faucet is leaking and I need someone to fix it this week”
  2. AgentIzzy captures the details — service type, address, urgency, preferred scheduling
  3. AgentIzzy checks your Jobber schedule — finds available time slots based on your calendar
  4. Caller picks a time — AgentIzzy offers 2-3 open slots and the caller chooses one
  5. Everything syncs to Jobber — client, property, request, and job are created automatically

You’ll see the new lead in your Jobber dashboard within seconds.

Connecting Jobber

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your AgentIzzy portal
  2. Click Jobber
  3. Sign in with your Jobber account and authorize AgentIzzy
  4. Once connected, you’ll see a green “Connected” badge

That’s it. AgentIzzy will start syncing call data to Jobber on the next call.

Calendar availability

When Jobber is connected, AgentIzzy checks your Jobber schedule before offering appointment times to callers. This means:

  • No double-booking over existing jobs
  • Time slots reflect your actual availability
  • Booked jobs appear immediately on your Jobber calendar

If you also have Google Calendar or Calendly connected, AgentIzzy checks all connected calendars to avoid conflicts.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect at any time:

  • From AgentIzzy: Go to Settings > Integrations > Jobber and click Disconnect
  • From Jobber: Go to your Jobber App Marketplace and revoke AgentIzzy’s access

Disconnecting stops future syncing but does not delete any clients, requests, or jobs already created in Jobber.

Requirements

  • A Jobber account (any paid plan)
  • AgentIzzy Pro or Enterprise plan
  • OAuth authorization (no API keys needed — just sign in and approve)

Troubleshooting

Clients aren’t appearing in Jobber

  • Check that your Jobber integration shows “Connected” in Settings > Integrations
  • Make sure you’re on a Pro or Enterprise plan

Duplicate clients being created

  • AgentIzzy matches clients by phone number. If the caller uses a different number than what’s in Jobber, a new client record will be created

Jobs aren’t being scheduled

  • The caller must provide a preferred date/time during the call for a job to be created. If the caller just describes a problem without scheduling, AgentIzzy creates a request (not a job)

Connection was lost

  • OAuth tokens can expire. Go to Settings > Integrations, disconnect Jobber, and reconnect
