Notifications & Integrations
Get instant alerts when Izzy captures a lead or handles a call.
Notification options
Never miss a new lead. AgentIzzy can notify you the moment a call ends through multiple channels.
Go to Settings → Notifications to configure:
Email notifications
Get an email after each call with:
- Caller name and phone number
- AI-generated call summary
- Link to the full recording and transcript
- Lead details (if captured)
Enter your email address (or multiple addresses) and toggle on. Notifications are sent instantly when a call ends.
SMS notifications
Get a text message summary sent to your phone. The text includes the caller’s name, number, and a brief summary of what they need.
Go to Settings → Notifications and add your mobile number. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
Zapier integration (Pro plan)
Connect AgentIzzy to 9,000+ apps through our native Zapier integration. New leads and calls automatically trigger workflows in your CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, and more — no webhook setup required.
Go to Settings → Integrations to generate an API key, then connect it in Zapier. See the full Zapier Integration guide for setup steps and popular recipes.
Webhook notifications
Send lead data to any external tool via webhooks. This lets you connect Izzy to:
- Make (Integromat) — build complex workflows
- Your own API — receive lead data as JSON at any endpoint
Go to Settings → Notifications and paste your webhook URL. Izzy will POST a JSON payload with the call and lead data after each call.

SMS follow-up (Pro plan)
Separate from notifications, Izzy can automatically send a follow-up text message to the caller after the call ends. This keeps your business top-of-mind and gives the caller a way to reach you.
Go to Settings → SMS to configure:
- SMS template — customize the follow-up message with placeholders like
{business_name}and{caller_name} - Opt-out handling — callers can reply STOP to opt out (handled automatically for TCPA compliance)
Example follow-up text:
“Hi John, thanks for calling Acme Storage! We’ll follow up about the 10x10 unit. Questions? Reply here or call us at (555) 123-4567.”
Calendar booking integration (Pro plan)
Let Izzy book appointments directly on your calendar during calls. AgentIzzy supports two calendar providers — choose one:
- Google Calendar — Izzy checks your Google Calendar for availability and creates events directly
- Calendly — Izzy uses your Calendly event types and availability to book meetings
Go to Settings → Calendar to connect your preferred provider. For full details, see the Calendar Integration guide.
Note: Calendly requires a paid Calendly subscription (Standard or above) for Izzy to book appointments. Google Calendar works with any Google account.
