Teach Izzy how to answer common questions about your business.

How FAQs work

FAQs are the knowledge you give Izzy about your business. When a caller asks a question, Izzy checks your FAQ list and uses that information to respond naturally — it doesn’t read answers word-for-word, but uses them as context to have a real conversation.

Adding FAQs

Go to Settings → FAQs in your portal:

  1. Click Add FAQ
  2. Enter the question (what callers might ask)
  3. Enter the answer (what Izzy should know)
  4. Click Save

You can add up to 20 FAQ pairs.

Can I store a vehicle?Yes, we have outdoor vehicle parking spaces and covered RV/boat storage.

Tips for great FAQs

  • Think like your caller. What do people actually ask when they call? Check your voicemail history or ask your front desk.
  • Include pricing info. Callers almost always ask about prices. Give Izzy specific numbers to work with.
  • Cover policies. Late fees, access hours, insurance requirements, payment methods — the things callers need to know before committing.
  • Keep answers concise. Izzy works best with clear, factual answers. You don’t need to write marketing copy.
  • Update regularly. Running a promotion? Change your hours? Update your FAQs to keep Izzy current.

Editing and removing FAQs

In Settings → FAQs, each FAQ pair has edit and delete buttons. Click to modify the question or answer, or remove FAQs that are no longer relevant.

What if Izzy doesn’t know the answer?

If a caller asks something that isn’t covered by your FAQs or business info, Izzy will honestly say it doesn’t have that specific information and offer to take the caller’s details so someone can follow up. It never makes up answers.
